Portico at West End

Portico at West End was established in 2012 and the nursery is located within the grounds of West End Primary School Ormskirk.  We are local to the town centre and within walking distance of public transport. Our nursery parking facilities include disabled spaces, and help to ensure your child remains safe during drop off and pick up.

We open Monday- Friday 7:30 am till 6:00 pm. We are closed for bank holidays, and for one week over the Christmas period. We have an open door policy, so please feel free to call in anytime.

We have very smooth transitions to school as we are so closely linked. Weekly chats with the Reception Teacher and a termly meeting between the Head Teacher and Manager ensure close links and effective relationships are in place. 

We were delighted to receive a “Good” rating in our very first OFSTED inspection in November 2016.
