Portico at Moss Bank

Portico at Moss Bank is a 50 place setting situated within Moss Bank Children's Centre.  With close links with the children's Centre, we are able to signpost to groups and sessions within the centre and the local communities, and we have a fantastic transition program with Carr Mill Primary School as well as other schools within St Helens. 

We are open Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6pm. The nursery is closed for all bank holidays and for one week over the Christmas period. We have an open door policy and welcome visits from prospective parents and carers. The entrance to the nursery is via the main door to the Children’s Centre, which has disabled access.

We have an Environmental Health Food Rating of 5 and the St Helens Healthy Early Years Status.

We received an 'Outstanding’ rating in our last Ofsted inspection in February 2017.
