Portico Kindergarten is OUTSTANDING
On the 8th May Portico Kindergarten was judged outstanding by Ofsted. The inspector said the following:

"Staff make highly accurate assessments and keep parents well informed of their child's progress. They share ideas for fun activities for parents to continue at home to support what each child needs to learn next."
"Staff foster each child's physical and emotional well-being extremely well. They are highly successful in cultivating children's confidence and self-esteem. All children, including those who have special educational needs and/or disabilities, are thriving."
"Staff work with parents extremely well and establish children's individual interests. They take advantage of every opportunity to stimulate children's thirst for learning."
